The climate transition demands radical changes in the way we do business and trillions in new capital investments. The EU has mobilized sustainable finance regulation to be a key means of driving this green capital into more sustainable business activities.
Based out of the Berlin AI Campus and financially backed by Merantix AG, Briink is a passionate team of entrepreneurs, data scientists, software engineers, designers, and sustainability experts. We harness the scale of AI to help businesses and financial institutions transform sustainable finance regulation into technology solutions that can be adopted at scale.
Our first product transforms the EU taxonomy for sustainable activities into a machine learning powered Sustainability-as-a-Service platform to enhance the ability of financial institutions and corporations to assess taxonomy eligibility and alignment, and make it easier to access the green capital so crucial to the climate transition. Our applied to several use cases in the sustainable finance domain, including the complex array of KPIs emerging under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Sustainable Finance Reporting Directive (SFDR).
